I give people the opportunity to experience how fulfilling life can be when we renounce the garbage that the mainstream society has taught us and remember what it is like to live authentic, connected, natural lives.

Community

Even though you have to make your own discoveries, everything is more fun with company! Here you can practice, ask questions, support others, lean on others, and share your adventure.

Structure

Lots of people don't get started or fail because they don't know what to do or do the wrong thing at the wrong time in the wrong way. I'm here to make sure that that doesn't happen! You will build a strong foundation from the beginning.

Accountability

Teamwork makes the dream work. I'm here to keep you on track and moving towards your authentic, awakened self. You check in weekly and ask questions, and I will give you suggestions on what to look at to keep going in a focused way.

Creative and Fun

If all it took to change was more knowledge, you'd be there by now. We're going to get out of our heads and play our way to success! We'll learn to trust our bodies and intuition - the parts of ourselves that always know what's true. So it's easy to make permanent changes and transform your life to one that is vibrant and authentic.
